Refund Policy:
Merchandise: Items must be returned in like new, resalable condition, including original packaging. Original shipping S/H fees are non refundable, as such customers are responsible for their own return Shipping and Handling fees for returned products. There are no refunds, items are returned for exchange or store credit only. The following items are non-refundable: Damage inflicted by the consumer, damage inflicted by faulty installation, damage inflicted by others including pets or Acts of God, or damage by mail courier.
Important Notice: As you have found the Company utility online, it is self evident that you have basic computer skills and thus know how to use a computer. There are no refunds given based on your inability to navigate or otherwise understand how to use a website, computer, or you did not understand that inserting credit card information on a web-form and clicking a purchase button, constitutes a valid form of commerce payment/purchase. This site is designed for the average user experience level. Refunds on eligible product(s) (see above) will only be made back to the original payment Credit card, and are only available for the first 90 days following initial payment(s).

We use USPS first class mail by default, but offer other services from time to time, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS services.

No refunds for late shipments, and no refunds on shipment costs (you will need to speak to the carrier and ask for a refund directly).
Standard Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail at a flat rate of $7.00 plus $2 for each additional item, with Delivery Confirmation so that it may be trackable. Delivery is generally 2-3 days. Alternatively, the Company may offer free domestic shipping at time of purchase.
International Shipping for international orders ship via USPS International at a flat rate of $75.00. Tracking information may not be provided as USPS generally only tracks domestic packages (some exceptions apply, see USPS.gov for details). Delivery is generally 21+ business days.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping, thank you for understanding.
Where Else Do We Ship?
APO/FPO – We proudly offer Standard shipping to Military addresses! Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible a message will be displayed during checkout.
US Territories – We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico.
PO Boxes – PO Boxes are fine. Be sure your agent is aware a larger package will arrive.
International shipping – Please keep in mind that USPS does not offer international tracking status. Shipments usually arrive in 1-3 weeks.
